Sunshine Coast Council, Walker Corporation and SunCentral Maroochydore Pty Ltd have signed an historic agreement to deliver 240,000 sqm of combined commercial and retail space and 4,000 residential apartments over the next 15 to 20 years.

This historic agreement represents $2.5 billion investment in Maroochydore City Centre which will transform the region into a world-class, well-connected destination where people want to live, work and visit.
