SunCentral Maroochydore was established by Sunshine Coast Council in 2015 to oversee the design and delivery of Australia’s largest greenfield CBD project, the new Maroochydore City Centre.
Working independently of Council, but on its behalf, SunCentral is driven by our mission to deliver exceptional economic, community, and social benefits.
